Hot Day–Imagined Beach (with you know what.)

Hot here. I fear some browsers don’t show a whole picture uploaded from iPhone app (which is what I use) so posting smaller file black and white version below. (Sorry for repetition–I get nasty surprises sometimes when I check a post on a regular computer after posting on a mobile device and find that only half the pic is there! The lady elephant in corner would not like to be cut out! Usually if you click on photo or drawing, whole will show.)

Stay cool!

smiles…was cooler today…yesterday was a scorcher….got a little sun burnt as well…i could use a bit of the color though…just make sure the elephant stays hydrated…smiles.

  2. Yesterday was our sunny day so I went for a run on the extra wide sidewalk next to the beach here. Which app did you use for this cute drawing?

Well, drawing itself done with pencil on paper–sometimes I use brushes on the iPad, but didn’t. I photographed it with Camera Plus on the iPhone. This has a bunch of filters, and I used one of the filters that highlighted it a little. I think I used the “vintage” filter. I only recently realized that Camera Plus has all these filters. I like the App, in part, because it has an “anti-shake” feature. This is not good for taking quick pictures as it delays the picture a little but it does make sure that the camera is still in the instant of taking the pic, so that is kind of nice. An iPhone is so light it’s easy to accidentally move it. k.

Just moderately warm here. Pleasant, but nothing to get excited about. I’m sure all the pic showed up — and was much appreciated.

I'd love to hear from you!
