ha. i like escher…and yew i see a bit in those pics…
i would love to be by the shore though…well maybe if it was a bit warmer….another ice storm here last night…brrr….

Yes. Back in NYC, but we did dive in. It was cold but not really so bad for people used to the North! k.

I was just looking at those Escher drawings of interlocking birds the other day–he did fish too, but not, so far as I know, swimmers. ;_) Glad you got to enjoy the waves, k.

I like the double image of the birds–the beauty and lightness of them in free flight and the shadows that will never be free of the ground. An interesting duality. Well captured.
