Do the crowds increase in the afternoon, or have they been pretty much dispersed?

You know, I tend to go by in the evening after it’s dark but I think they are pretty dispersed. Of course, I would expect that there will be more people on the weekends.
Oddly, Brookfield was putting a bunch of pots of flowers out today. K.
